Shipping Policy

In-stock orders ship within 72 hours during business days, Monday through Friday.  We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed Friday will ship out on Monday.  Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day.  No weekend or holiday delivery is available. 

All stock orders ship from our warehouse in West Palm Beach, FL.  Orders placed after 12:00pm are typically process the following business day.  You may also choose to upgrade to expedited delivery for an additional charge.  Any expedited order placed after 12:00pm on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.  

Confirmation on Shipping

When your item has been shipped we will send you an email confirming your shipment and provide you with tracking information. 

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you , any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to  This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.  

Lost/Missing Packages are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process.  Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.  If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. 

Calculating Your Order Cost in a Foreign Currency

    Return Policy (Non-Warranty Products)

    We want to ensure that you have a great experience with your purchase. Our support team is here to help you answer any questions and troubleshoot any issues. In the event you would like to return your purchase, please read on for our policy.

    1. Returns are available only for customers that purchased directly from and purchases made in the USA.
    2. Customers can request a return within 30 days of the order being delivered. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or return.
    3. We offer exchanges, refunds and returns. 
    4. Products must be completely unused with the packaging, manuals, and any accessories intact and included with the return shipment. Any used products or missing items will result in the return being declined.
    5. No returns on Customized items.

    Return & Refund Process:

    1. Email with your original order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for returning it.
    2. Support will respond with a Return Authorization number and trackable USPS return label for shipment.
